Subscriptions

*These apply to all ice time, classes, camps and any other services provided by Premier Skating Academy!

  • All participants must have a Learn to Skate USA membership, US Figure Skating membership, USA Hockey memberships, ISI membership or Skate Canada membership.

  • We do not do refunds. If your purchased a subscription of any sort with us, it can always be cancelled (see below). If you purchased a camp, event or other one time purchase from us, it will be not refunded if you cannot come. In the event of severe injury or illness, we may transfer your purchase to a later date or credit your account, but this is not guarantee. Please email us and ask if this is a possibility for you.

  • Purchases cannot be swapped or combined between family members.

  • First come, first served. If something is filled up, please select an alternative option or the system may waitlist you.

  • In the event of inclement weather, families will be emailed ASAP if something is cancelled. However, we generally do not cancel anything unless the ice rink itself is shut down.

  • All buyers must only have one account. All participants must also only have one account that is attached to the purchaser’s account. If we notice someone has two accounts, we will merge them together, however please do not keep making multiple accounts. Please re-set your password if you forget what it is.

  • Each skating opportunity we offer may have additional policies or rules that specifically apply to that program, class, ice time, etc. Please read carefully and abide by any other specific policies.

  • We use subscriptions for ice time and regular classes.

  • This helps families stay on top of purchases.

  • Anyone who is taking a small group class or skating on our ice time, must have some sort of subscription. You can only do a drop-in class or drop in ice time purchase in addition to your monthly subscription.

  • If you ever need to cancel or pause a subscription, simply email us two business days before the first of the month so we can take care of that for you. We prefer pauses and cancellations use the below form and button for this request. We can process requests faster if you use the below button:
